David Williams

Property & Construction Manager

Prior to joining Wilson | Blount Development, David served as Property and Construction Manager with Keystone Corporation, an international real estate development firm headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, which has developed over 7 million square feet of commercial, residential, and industrial space over its 42-year history.

David has been involved with or directly managed the development and construction of more than 700,000 square feet of industrial-distribution space in California; 160,000 square feet of warehouse, office, and life science, and 170,000 square feet of Class A office space in the Triangle. He has also managed the operations, maintenance, and tenant fit-ups of more than 500,000 square feet of commercial property in the Triangle.

David obtained a bachelor’s of arts degree from North Carolina State University in 2015, where he was a 4-year letterman of the swimming and diving team, senior-year captain, and NCAA All American. David is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. He is currently obtaining a Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification from the Building Owners & Managers Institute (BOMI) of North America. He also holds an FAA license as a remote pilot of small unmanned aerial systems (sUAS).
