Boo Blount

Property & Construction Manager

Prior to joining Wilson | Blount Development, Boo spent 12 years as a research technician with Turfgrass Sciences in NC State University's Department of Crop and Soil Sciences. In this role, he administered a range of research projects at several prestigious golf facilities across the country, collaborating with global seed and chemical companies on industry-leading studies.  Boo also oversaw the regular maintenance and operations of multiple NC State lab facilities and contributed to research efforts supporting groups within the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences.

Boo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 2008 and an Associate Degree in Turf Management in 2010, both from NC State University.
