Angela Clough

Controller

Angela graduated from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois in 1999 with a B.S. in Accounting.  Angela also has completed with high honors, extensive continuing education courses at UCLA in Finance, Real Estate, International Business, Entrepreneurship, and Marketing.

Prior to joining Wilson | Blount Development, Angela served as Controller of Keystone Corporation, an international real estate development firm headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina which has developed over 7 million square feet of commercial, residential, and industrial space over its 42 year history.

Angela brings over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate, having started her career at CBRE in property management accounting.  She was assigned a high profile, SEC traded Fortune 20 client, managing premiere, Class A real estate, including 150+ current leases including advanced CAM Reconciliations with 36+ exception expense pools, $50M+ operating budget, and $40M+ in ongoing capital projects with 5yr projections and monthly Owner Distributions of excess cashflow.   She also has worked with clients at all levels of the ownership spectrum with a variety of assets.

 After 14 years with CBRE Angela joined Watt Companies in California performing corporate level accounting including rolling up the business lines of commercial, residential, and development into the parent company financials.  Angela then joined Keystone Corporation in 2016 where she was the controller performing all accounting functions for the corporation and, 13+LLC’s including all property, development, and acquisitions/dispositions.
